Refunds & Cancellations
Last updated September 3, 2026
A monitored billing-support address and the operator’s legal identity must be inserted here before live charges are enabled.
Membership cancellation
You may cancel a monthly membership at any time through Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access and membership features continue through that date unless the account is suspended for fraud, abuse, or a payment reversal.
Membership refunds
Membership charges are generally non-refundable after a paid period begins, and partial-month refunds are not normally provided. Refunds will be issued when required by law and may be issued for a confirmed duplicate charge, billing error, or service failure at the operator’s discretion.
One-time Ducat purchases
A request involving unused, one-time purchased Ducats should be made within 14 days of the charge. Refunds generally cannot be provided after any of those Ducats have been spent, transferred, committed to a trade, or reversed because of abuse. If approved, the corresponding Ducats are removed from the account.
Unauthorized or duplicate charges
Report suspected unauthorized or duplicate charges promptly. Do not share full payment-card details. The operator may ask for the Stripe receipt ID, account email, charge date, and amount to investigate.
Game outcomes
Publisher enforcement, account penalties, changes to a game, item-value changes, failed player-to-player performance, or a trade prohibited by publisher rules do not automatically qualify a Bazaar charge for a refund. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. The operator does not issue refunds through Ducat transfers, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or a different payment account.
